Tamayo’s

The amount and quality of the food you get is not worth the price they're charging. Took 30 minutes to get bland fried rice, and small bowl of curry. Plus the chili sauce on the tables had flies in all 3 of them. But the staff was nice if that does it for you. Wouldn't recommend.

They have good food but the service is a bit slow, if you dont mind waiting then it's worth it. Also it's hot inside during the warm weather, I wish there was a small A/C because eating pho while it's super hot is not ideal.

As a vegetarian I am always suspicious of places when I know common ingredients include meat products. I am suspicious of Mexican places because the rice is usually cooked in chicken fat/stock. I am suspicious of SE Asian food because it usually has fish sauce or animal based broths.Knowing this I asked my server. She didn't really know so she went in back and brought out the chef. As I suspected everything that didn't have meat listed has either fish sauce or an animal based broth. However the chef, when I asked was willing to make a vegetarian pho. It was amazing. I love good pho. This is one of the better pho places I have been to and better than 75% or more of the pho I have had in Seattle. I am excited it is right near by in downtown.

New to the area. I had a really great experience at Tamayos. Great customer service! I thought the beef PHO was amazing and the crab rangoon was delicious! I will definetely be going back there soon.

AMAZING FOOD! My favorite restaurant in Oak Harbor. And extremely friendly staff! It's family-run, which means they care a lot about their customers and their experience. Tamayo's curry and the tofu salad are my personal favorites! :)

Broth of the beef pho was really good. The meat itself was pretty good, but didn't blow me away.Drinking the broth was great though.

The Tamayo Curry was absolutely scrumptious. Others in my party had other dishes (pho, broccoli stir-fry and a sandwich I can't remember the name of) and everyone enjoyed their food. The staff was friendly and helpful with making menu decisions. I will absolutely be going back for another order of the curry!

We walked in here with no plans . We ordered for tamayo curry+brown rice and prawn pho. The food took a while to reach the table and we were super hungry . The food was just ok and nothing to rave about . But it's a matter of individual taste buds. Give it a Try if you are around

This restaurant has really good food and the waitress was very sweet to us. I would love to come back one day

Food was decent, with quite a lot of variety. Taste was average at best and the buble teas were below average. The waiting staff was really cheerful and friendly.

Best food in Oak Harbor! And incredibly friendly owners. I highly recommend the pho soup, laab (meat and vegetables seasoned with lemongrass and lime), or if you are feeling adventurous try the green papaya salad!!!

The duck curry was excellent and I recommend trying the banana and coconut milk dessert, it's surprisingly sweet!

This was delicious in the past, but the last time I went the quality was lower than it should have been. I drove from Anacortes to show my girlfriend, because I remember it being quite delicious the last few times I went. The veggie pho broth was very sweet and didn’t taste like much care went into it. She didn’t want to eat it. It tasted overly sweet, like it was made with sugar and a little soy sauce. The beef broth was good, but it didn’t have that rich beefy flavor I remember in the past.

Only vietnamese place on the island. Pho could be better, especially since it is so pricey. The beef is really thick and is the wrong cut. They give you a small amount of veggies even when you ask for extra. A large bowl is $15 (this is rounded up with tax) and is about a standard Pho bowl size. I gave it 3 stars only because the people are really nice there.

Your portions of the bean sprouts were very limited as well as the soup and noodle itself compared to other r Restaurants. The appetizer was a bit rubbery

Great style for Asian fusion!This place is great if you want to try some new dishes. Of course they have great classic pho’s. My wife and I went twice in one week just because we were craving it.If you’re like us and have been to Asia, don’t expect it to be the exact same. It is after all fusion. Seems primarily Vietnamese/Thai. We love Indian and Japanese curries. We had a Thai peanut curry that was Devine, but definitely a new experience! Very friendly staff!

Love the taste of Pho, no MSG. I ordered the medium size but not enough so I will get the Large one next time.

We love eating at Tamayos! We visit them regularly, they are one of the few good places to eat when your kids have allergies :)

This is a fantastic Asian restaurant. A must visit for anyone looking for a more authentic Asian restaurant in Oak Harbor.

I would highly recommend Tamiyo's to anyone. The staff is friendly and always greets you with a smile. The food is always cooked to perfection. My personal favorite is the Bahn Mi. Their Pho is amazing and always delicious.
